12 Weeks Wellness Challenge; To Read More

Hello you lovely people. I am sure you have noticed this post is a day later than usual. The short answer is that I had a very relaxing Sunday which I definitely needed. The weeks keep flying past and to be honest the gorgeous weather we are having at the moment makes every week such a pleasure. I know I have said it before but I am really enjoying these weekly challenges and overall I can really feel a difference in my energy and wellness. How did I do and What I read

The challenge was for me to read for 30 minutes each day which I completely smashed! I am a real book worm and love reading. This week I read two books which I thoroughly enjoyed. The first book was How to be Your Own Life Coach by Fiona Harold and the second book was Becoming by Laura Jane WIlliams. Both books had me reading for at least one hour day.  I read on the train and went to bed early to get a few more pages in. I found the books insightful and as I was reading them I became quite reflective. A good book will always draw me in so that I shut out the world. I haven’t read any books which have made me feel as much as these two had done for a while.

Towards the end of the week I noticed was that I didn’t spend as much time on social media. I used to read several books a month however in the last few years I have felt like I haven’t had the time. Now I realise that it’s probably because I spend more time in a scroll hole then I ever have done. This week has highlighted to me that its a case of priorities instead of lack of time.

I have already started on this weeks challenge which is about me finding ways to spend more time outside.
