So it’s been a little while since I have updated here. What a busy few weeks I have had, grab a cuppa while I do a whistle stop tour:
First up one of two house moves are now complete which is a relief. It was great to be able to have a declutter and everything feels a little fresher now. Not to mention I am wearing clothes I forgot I had so it almost feels like a new wardrobe. We still have 1 move left to do at the end of the year however for now it’s nice to be able to forget all about it.
Nutrition course – I completed the course and the final exam with flying colours. Since completing the course I feel that I am more in control and aware of what my body needs. Learning to listen to what my body needs is different from what I have had to do in the past and it’s not easy. I have signed up for the advance course which starts next month and I am super excited about it.
Morning Routine – I have stuck with this and feel so much better for it. Now that I have moved closer to the train station it means I can have breakfast at home. This makes such a difference and it’s great to have two meals at home. I need to look at this and see what else I can add into give my day a great start. I would like to be one of those people who get up at 6 am to complete a morning exercise routine but that may be a little way off yet.
May’s Goals – Well it was a little hit and miss however I knew that was how it was going to go. You win some you lose some. I am working on what I want to achieve for July. It feels a lot harder this time round and the results are slower. So far it’s 4lbs off in 3 weeks which is progress in the right direction.
Well that’s it for a catch up. What have you been up to? How have you been living a fabulously healthy you?
